As he looked out the window, Matthew noticed the trees just outside of campus swaying in the wind. They seemed to be reaching out, as if they could stretch their hands and caress the clouds. They almost appeared to wave at him, trying to signal and call out. He thought it was stupid, but again, he would have thought that satyrs and metamorphs were stupid only a few weeks ago.
