Cliff Jensen is frustrated, he works hard and still doesn't have enough money to make ends meet, he goes to school, now the tuition costs are increasing. Cliff is a man of action and goes straight to the dean's office to lower the tuition costs. Cliff bursts into the dean's office without an appointment or any problems. Ari Sylvio, the active dean, can't believe that a student has entered his office. He tells Cliff to leave and make an appointment. Cliff doesn't want to, he sits down to make his argument. Ari doesn't seem interested in what Cliff has to say, in fact the only thing that seems to interest the dean is the swell of Cliff's jeans. Cliff becomes more and more agitated second by second and explodes completely when he notices that the dean is more interested in his bulge than what he has to say. Cliff rushes to the other side of the office, grabs the dean by his tie, SHOW ME YOUR TUITION COSTS! he yells in his face. The dean is terrified but still adamant that he can't do anything for Cliff. Cliff will have to get what he wants one way or another.
