Wade is a young homeless person who is hungry and looking for his next meal. Unfortunately, when he knocks on the door of a soup kitchen, he realizes that it is closed. One of the volunteers in the kitchen, a man named Micah, informs Wade about the hours of opening of the kitchen, but has pity on the hungry guy and invites him back to his apartment to eat. While Wade eats, Micah questions him about himself and shares more information about his life, his past dependency and his dependence. After the meal, Wade looks around Micah's living room and asks for photos of men framed around the apartment. Micah tells Wade that these are guys he has helped. Feeling affectionate towards Micah and his warmth, Wade takes a step towards Micah and they have sexual relations. But Micah has a secret. Wade (Ryan Jordan) approaches the door of the soup kitchen. He tries to open it and when he realizes it is locked, he knocks with caution. When no one answers, he knocks more and more fiercely until he knocks angrily on the door. After a barrage of knocks, he gives a kick to the door in frustration, turns around so that his back is against the wood and glass and slides down until his ass rests on his feet. He sighs, "Damn it" and defeated. He stays there for a moment before standing up and starting to walk away.
