My colleagues told me that if I really wanted to work on my tone and definition, then coach Dietrich was the person I needed. Tall, hairy, muscular - it didn't take much time to convince me to sign up for private training sessions. He has the body that I hope to have one day. For now, my only definition of my body is a single word: "miniature". Almost no hair, thin, light; it's worth the extra training time for me to start developing the body that I want! When we finally met, I could barely take my eyes off him. He had me lie down on my back to start doing sit-ups. He had his hands on my feet to keep them planted, but he was curiously leaning forward so that every time I lifted up, our faces were so close they almost touched. My natural instincts almost kicked in - it took everything I had not to remember because there were barely any centimeters between our lips!
